Fenix Electricity was built around a simple idea: a property owner in Spain should not have to personally coordinate several teams, deadlines, deliveries, design changes and technical issues.
That is why we combine renovations and finishing, electrical installations and Smart Home systems within one process. On larger projects, we coordinate the different stages and contractors so the client has one main point of contact.
Fewer calls, less contractor management and more control over the final result.

RESPONSIBILITY
The client should receive solutions, not a list of problems to manage.
Many renovation problems begin where the responsibility of one contractor ends and another one begins.
The electrician points to the builder. The builder points to the installer. The installer is waiting for materials. Meanwhile, the client is left trying to work out who is actually responsible.
We try to work differently.
On projects we coordinate, the client has one main point of contact for the next decisions and stages. This is especially convenient for owners who live outside Spain or use their property only part of the year.
We will not promise that a larger project will never encounter a problem. That would not be honest. What matters is what happens when a problem appears and how it is resolved.
