Cookie policy

Updated: 2 November 2026

1. Website and contact

This policy explains cookies and similar technologies on fenixcostablanca.com. The website operator is FENIX ELECTRICITY GLOBAL GROUP SL, NIF B88793054. Contact: contact@fenixcostablanca.com.

2. Cookies, scripts and pixels

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. They can return information to the website or a third-party provider during subsequent visits. Scripts enable website functions; pixels and similar technologies can record visits and interactions.

3. Categories

Functional: needed for website functions and user preferences. Cookies strictly necessary for a service you request do not require consent. Statistics: help analyse website use and require consent when applicable. Marketing/tracking: can build advertising profiles or track visits across websites and require consent.

4. Services and inventory

The current Complianz register lists WordPress, Polylang and miscellaneous items whose purposes are still being checked. WordPress includes wpEmojiSettingsSupports (session; browser capability information). The website also uses Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager as described in the privacy policy. The register is based on the site's configured scan and is not a guarantee that every cookie or service has been identified.

The current detailed register, including available cookie names, purposes and lifetimes, is maintained in the Complianz cookie inventory (Polish). Cookies may be session-based or remain until their stated expiry or manual deletion.

5. Your choices

Complianz manages cookie permissions. You can accept, reject or customise optional categories using the website's cookie controls. Continuing to browse does not by itself give consent. You may change or withdraw your choices through the cookie preferences control. If it is not visible, use the settings section of the cookie inventory page.

6. Browser settings

Your browser lets you delete existing cookies, block cookies or receive prompts. Consult its help section for instructions. Blocking all cookies may prevent some website features from working. Deleted optional cookies may be stored again if you subsequently consent.

7. Personal data and rights

Where cookies involve personal data, you may exercise the GDPR rights described in the privacy policy, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability where applicable and withdrawal of consent. You may complain to AEPD.
