1. Data controller

The controller of personal data provided through fenixcostablanca.com is FENIX ELECTRICITY GLOBAL GROUP SL, NIF B88793054. Contact: contact@fenixcostablanca.com. FENIX Costa Blanca is our trading name.

2. Personal data we process

Depending on how you use the website, we may process your name, email address, telephone number, messages, information you choose to provide about your property, location, planned works, timing and approximate budget, and technical information about your browser, device and cookies. Please do not include sensitive personal data in contact forms.

3. Purposes

We use your data to answer enquiries, contact you by your chosen method, discuss your needs, prepare quotations and agree the scope of work. If you become a customer, we use the necessary information to provide the services. We also process data to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, secure and maintain the website, handle or defend claims, and analyse website use subject to the required cookie permissions.

4. Legal grounds

Depending on the purpose, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps requested before a contract and performance of a contract), Article 6(1)(c) (legal obligations), Article 6(1)(f) (our legitimate interests in website security and establishing or defending claims), or Article 6(1)(a) (consent, where required, including optional cookies and analytics).

You may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.

5. Forms and project enquiries

Providing information is voluntary. Without the contact details or information necessary to understand your enquiry, we may be unable to respond. Information submitted through forms is used to contact you and understand your initial requirements; project details are agreed individually.

6. Recipients

Authorised staff handling enquiries and providers needed to operate the website and communications may access relevant data, including hosting, email and technical support providers. When Google services are used, Google may process technical data according to the relevant service terms and consent settings.

We do not sell visitors’ personal data. Project questionnaire submissions are handled by FENIX and are not passed to a real estate agency.

7. Google tools and cookies

The website uses Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and tools for analysing website performance and visibility. We use Complianz to manage cookie permissions. You can accept, reject or customise optional cookies through the consent controls. See our cookie policy for more information.

8. Retention

Enquiry data is kept for the time needed to handle the matter and subsequently for a period justified by its nature and the need to protect against claims. Contract documents may be retained for periods required by law. Form submissions stored in the website database are retained for 12 months, according to the form settings. Email correspondence is retained separately for as long as needed to handle the enquiry or meet legal obligations. Cookie lifetimes vary.

9. Transfers outside the EEA

Some technology services, particularly Google services, may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers require a valid basis and safeguards under Chapter V GDPR, depending on the provider and service. Contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your data.

10. Your rights

Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, object to processing, request portability where applicable, and withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Contact contact@fenixcostablanca.com. You may also complain to the Spanish supervisory authority, Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).

This policy may be updated when the website, services or applicable rules change. The current version is available on fenixcostablanca.com.
